Shipping 

We ship USPS domestic (U.S.) Priority unless otherwise arranged with you in advance of purchase. I ship within 3 business days of payment. Each Creative Soul item is individually created by a skilled artisan. in the event we are out of an item I will contact you within 24 hours of your order.

Note: I can ship to other countries besides the U.S. Please contact me at 309-232-8886 or celeste@creativesoulgallery.com so I can give you an accurate shipping charge. All shipping is USPS Priority mail unless you request otherwise.

 

Return Policy

 If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt and then return the jewelry within 3 business days. We will exchange or refund your money for the purchase price. The jewelry must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way. I do not cover the return shipping cost. Refunds

(if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A refund will be issued within 7 business days from the date of receiving back your order. Your refund will be issued in the same form as the payment was received.

 

To return your item please mail to: 208 N 2nd St, Dunlap, IL 61525 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To guarantee we receive your item you should consider using trackable shipping we also recommend purchasing shipping insurance.
